Orchard Lawn Tennis Club is a small, friendly club in central Welwyn Garden City serving the local community. We have over 200 members, which includes a flourishing junior section. We have three synthetic grass courts, which have proved to be a big hit with members and visitors. We offer social and competitive tennis to our members and various social events throughout the year. We welcome new members of all ages and abilities.

Herts Ladies 2008
The ladies first team play their final match on Saturday at home to Broxbourne 1. If they will they are guaranteed promotion. They can still get probable promotion if they get 4 rubbers. The match starts at 1pm so please come around and give your support to Clare and her team.

Herts Men 2008
The men's first team play their final match on Sunday away to Gosling 1. If they will they are guaranteed promotion to the top division. The match starts at 2pm so please come over and give your support to Adam and his team.

Datchworth Cup 2008
In the semi finals Orchard will be at home to Wheathampstead and Triage will be at home to Letchworth.

Welwyn Garden City Tennis Championships 2008
Orchard are guaranteed a finalist in this year's men's' singles championship after Adam Reid and Aleem Cummins came through to draw each other in the semi finals. This will be a repeat of the Orchard club championship finals of both 2007 and 2008.  On the other half of the draw Simon Young has also made it through to the semi finals and will play defending champion Matt Robbins. Come on the Orchard!!!
